following named "THE NEW" in COSER as a rule is not by series but by order projecting and building THE NEW customized for the user.

THE NEW starts from a basic customized project with elaboration of schedules for production department.
 
These machines are submit to abrasive process so must be built with solidity, carefully protecting from abrasive and impact and with components and ware and spare parts of 1st choice and able to certify a long-life and less possible production stops for repair.

And for this end during assemblage our skilled workers, that are the same usually make service to Customers' factories, take care of all main details that bring THE NEW to perfection.

At assemblage finished we make the test without abrasives; after this, if positive, we complete the project and risk analysis (cared step by step during assemblage) and we prepare the "CE" Technical File.

As final step THE NEW is disassembled, re-painted (also with specific RAL colours required by Customer) and ready-made for spedition modality (by truck, railway, boat)

THE NEW is followed with its Use and Maintenance Manual, "CE" (L.2006/42) Conformity Declaration and whatelse specifically required by order.

THE NEW is guaranteed 24 months (except wear and spare parts and electric/electronical components covered by original producers warranty)
